Sheikh Ali Jaaber is currently the Imam of Masjid Darul Islam located at 602 Salem Avenue Elizabeth, NJ. Sheikh Ali performed the Janazah prayer for Malikah Shabazz the daughter of Malcom X (Hajj Malik Shabazz).

Hassen Abdellah, Esq. is currently Amir (President) of Masjid Darul Islam and has held that post for over 15 years. Hassen also serves on the board of Directors of the Muslim Federation of North New Jersey.
